Eric Jensen is a former teacher and university faculty. He specializes in research on student achievement, brain research, engagement, special needs, early childhood and poverty. His B.A. is in English, M.A. in Organizational Development and Ph.D. in Human Development.

Jensen has authored 27 books on the brain and learning (including Teaching with the Brain in Mind) as well as co-authored two books:  Turnaround Tools for the Teenage Brain and Bringing the Common Core to Life.

He is a member of the invitation-only Society for Neuroscience, New York Academy of Science and American Psychological Association.

He co-founded the largest brain-compatible student enrichment program, The Brain Store Publishing Company and Jensen Learning. His certification program set the gold standard for brain-based trainings. or contact:
